Refund Terms and Rules
You can return the products you have purchased within 30 days from the invoice date. The original parcel and packaging of the product you will return must be intact. Products with no packaging or damaged products are not refundable. You must send the delivery note and warranty document with the product you want to return. If the product you want to return is defective, the shipping fee is covered by us. In other cases, the shipping fee belongs to the customer. Products that cannot be returned due to their nature and single-use products cannot be returned. In order for the products to be returned, the packaging and / or the protection band must not be opened. If the product is invoiced on behalf of the company, a return invoice must be issued by the relevant company.
The rims, spokes and motors offered as custom options are inspected specifically for the order and are reflected as a service fee, and cannot be returned. The maturity difference arising from the installment process is not refunded. The daily rate taken from the platform where the payment is made is based.
For return transactions, an e-mail should be sent to the e-mail address, specifying the order number.
The returned product process is as follows:
-After the product reaches us, compliance with the return conditions is checked.
-If the product meets the return conditions, the return process is completed within 15 working days.
-If the product does not comply with the return conditions, it will be sent back to your address.
-Refund requests made within the same week for prepayment refund transactions are made until 23:59 on Saturday, in the same week if a request is made. Varies for countries except Turkey
- When your return is completed, an information message will be sent to your registered e-mail.
- The time of reflection of the returned amount on your card depends on your bank. It may take a few days if you paid by credit card. In debit cards, the period of reflection of the refund to your account is longer.
Your products are supplied when your order is approved according to the stock status and then shipped. In order for your order to be confirmed, the price of the products you have purchased must be paid by credit card or money order. Approved orders will be delivered to cargo within 2-7 business days.
Documents to be Submitted During Delivery
In accordance with the new rule to be applied in the acceptance of shipments in accordance with the Procedures and Principles on Security Measures for Postal Deliveries approved with the decision of the Information Technologies and Communication Board dated 27/12/2016 and numbered 2016 / DK-YED / 517, driving license when receiving your products from cargo officer or company personnel You must show your identity card or passport.
